Manager for sending emails to addresses from the mediabeacon server within a workflow. Is available in workflow context pre-initialized as "mailManager"

Send an email using the default sender address from the MB server gui

Parameters:

theToEmailAddress - address to send the mail to

theSubject - the mail's subject

theMessage - the mail's message

theMime - the mail's message

theFromEmailAddress - the from email address (may be null)

theCCEmailAddress - the cc email address (may be null)

Send an email with attached files.

Parameters:

theToEmailAddresses - The addresses to send the email to. If the email should be sent to multiple addresses, a comma space or semicolon should be used to separate the addresses passed to this argument.

theFromEmailAddress - The from address of the email.

theCCEmailAddress - The carbon copy address of the email.

theSubject - The email's subject.

theMessage - The email's body.

theAttachments - The email's attachments.

theEmbedAttachments - Should Content-ID headers be set for each attachment? This allows the attachments to appear within the html body of the email. The generated headers' values will have a "" format, where N is the index of the attachment in theAttachment argument to this function.

theIsSync - should sending email process be synchronous? Parameter was added to make "convert asset" and "send notification" visual wf nodes work together. Don't use it anywhere else.

Parameters:

theEmailAddress - the email address

theSubject - the subject

theMessage - the message

theActionResolveURL - the resolver url

theParameters - the template parameters

get an email address for a user from their first last name. Formatting should be "Matt Jones" or "Andrew Nelson"

Parameters:

theFirstLastName - the first and last name separated by a space

Returns:

the email address or null
